Rinse zucchini, remove ends and cut into slices.

Together with water and salt, place in a glass baking dish and steam closed at 850 watts for 6-7 min until soft. Mix crème fraîche with eggs and spices. Cut cheese and salami into small cubes and add them together with half of the almonds. Drain the zucchini slices in a sieve and mix with the other ingredients. Put everything into a lightly greased gratin dish. Mix the remaining almond kernels with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the casserole. Put butter flakes on top and cook without cover at 850 watts for 9-11 minutes.
