For the wholemeal spaghetti with nut sauce, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Dip the tomatoes briefly in the boiling spaghetti water, remove the skin and chop into cubes.

Heat the walnut oil and lightly roast the walnuts in it. Add the drained pasta, toss in oil and season with yeast seasoning, salt and pepper.
