For the whole wheat pizza dough, mix all dry ingredients. Add lukewarm water and knead to form a soft dough. The dough should not stick.
Cover the dough bowl with a dish towel and let rise until the dough has doubled in volume (about 1 hour). Knead the dough again and roll it out thinly.
Place the wholemeal pizza dough on a baking tray lined with oil or baking paper and top as desired.
Bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
You can also omit the Italian herbs from the whole wheat pizza dough.
