1st variant: Let the water boil. Allow kuzu to dissolve in the small amount of water and mix into the simmering water.

Thicken slightly. Fold in the whipped cream, salt and butter. Sprinkle in the kitchen herbs.

2nd variation:

Melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Extinguish with water and add the dissolved kuzu and thicken. Add the whipped cream and salt.
