For the Toast Bolognese, cut toast into triangles. Spoon remaining Bolognese on top and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
Place in the oven at approx. 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
The Toast Bolognese is a small party snack that always goes down well with guests. Can also be made, for example, with leftover chili con carne. A good leftover food and great for recycling stale bread.
