For stuffed avocado with tuna, first drain the tuna well and pick apart a little.

Crush anchovy fillets, finely chop capers and olives. Wash the peppers and tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Mix these ingredients with the tuna, add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Before serving, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit. Either place the filling on top of the avocado flesh or scoop out the flesh, dice and mix into the mixture. Fill this back into the avocado shells.

Serve stuffed avocado with tuna.

Preparation Tip:

If you like the stuffed avocado with tuna spicier, add a finely chopped chili pepper to the filling. If you like it creamier, you can mix some sour cream or crème fraîche into the filling.
