Make the pasta al dente.

Cut the radicchio leaves into strips (if you don’t like the bitter taste, you can put them in cold water for a while). Sauté the onion in oil. Add the bacon cut into strips and fry for a few minutes, then extinguish with wine. Now add half of the radicchio and cook briefly. Cut the brie into small pieces, add it to the frying pan and let it melt, adding a little of the cooking water of the paste if the sauce becomes too thick.

Drain the pasta, add to the sauce form and still briefly go together. Before serving, add the rest of the radicchio.

If you like, grate Parmigiano over it.
