For the Striezel pyre, first grease the mold, cut Striezel into slices. Mix eggs, honey, whipped cream and milk until frothy. Peel apples and cut into pieces (without core).

Arrange Striezel and apples alternately in the greased baking pan, add raisins and blueberries and pour the egg milk over them. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for about 25 minutes, if necessary cover with foil so that the Striezel pyre does not get too dark.
