Strawberries on Curd

For the strawberries on curd, place the puff pastry on a baking sheet, prick several times with a fork and bend up the edge 1 cm.

Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Mix the curd cheese with the egg whites, sugar, lemon zest and oil and spread on the puff pastry, place the strawberries side by side on top and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
