Instructions:

Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, salt and wine well and knead into a dough.

Let rest for about 30 minutes.

Then roll out on a floured pasta board. Wheel out rectangular patches about 15-20 cm long.

Make 2-3 lengthwise cuts on the patches, but in such a way that the dough still holds together at the top and bottom. Pull the strips into each other.

Fry in hot fat until the bunches are golden.

Drain well and sprinkle with sugar while still hot.
