Instructions:

Make a smooth dough from curd, oil, a pinch of baking powder, salt, flour and water. Use only enough water to make the dough smooth, so it can be more than 100 ml or possibly less – depends on the texture of the flour.

Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and pull up the edges a little. Now spread half of the sour whipped cream on the dough.

Peel and chop the onions, cut the sausage into cubes, peel and core the pumpkin and cut it into fine sticks. Later mix everything together with the onions and season with salt and pepper and spread on the dough. You can also experiment with the spices. The remaining sour cream on the topping in small flakes form.

Now bake the cake in the heated oven at 180 °C for 50 min and then spread the cheese evenly on it and bake it again at 180 °C for 10 to 15 min.

Cool the cake a little bit. The pumpkin pie is cut and served like a cake. Per person 1 tbsp chili sauce over the cake piece form. If you don’t like it so spicy, you can also prepare a paradeis sauce or use ketchup.
