Instructions:

Put the grain, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and sugar together in a canning jar and leave in a dark, cool place for about 30 days.

Shake well once every week.

Strain and add sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Bottle the spiced liqueur and store in a dark place, tightly closed….
