Spice Cake

Preheat the oven to 275 °C.

Sift flour with baking powder

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cocoa. Fold in flour and baking powder well. Add milk and mix until smooth.

Bake the cake in the oven for 1 hour.

Then let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Preparation Tip:

The cake can still be covered with chocolate icing.
