For the Schokofräzli, mix well the ground almonds, sugar, cardamom and chocolate. Whisk the dissolved coffee with the egg whites and mix into the dough.

Form small balls and top with an almond. Bake at 150°C for 10-15 minutes. Makes about one baking tray full of Schokofräzli.

Preparation Tip:

The chocolate pretzels on a pretty plate make a great gift!
