Savoury Cheese Toasts

For the savory cheese toasts, mix cheese (you can also use freshly grated Parmesan) with yolks, beer, mustard, salt, cayenne pepper and pepper to a spreadable mixture. Cut slices of toast diagonally, spread with butter and cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese has melted and taken on some color. Serve the savory cheese toasts immediately.
