Rinse dill, shake dry, chop a few sprigs. Finely dice the salmon. Mix with chopped pepper, dill, salt, oil, season with juice of one lemon.
Cut toast slices in half (-> triangles), spread with salmon tartar and horseradish. Spread with plucked dill.
