For rice meatballs, put rice, chopped onions and minced meat in a bowl and add the egg, mustard and paprika powder.
Mix everything well with your hands to form a mass. Season with salt and pepper. Form small loaves from the mixture and fry them in a pan with hot oil for about 5 minutes on all sides.

Cold, you can also take the rice-meat lobs wonderfully as a snack or prepare for a cold buffet.
