Instructions:

Rinse quinces well with brush, shaving off the fluff, cut into small cubes.

Boil white wine, apple juice and honey, add quinces, turn down for 30 min. and let stand on the turned off plate (about 1 hour).

When cool, pour into a large bowl, add apple juice (or ~wine) and mineral water and bring to the table.
