Instructions:

Put the unpeeled potatoes in boiling water, make 10 min, then take out and peel.

Fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 min, drain on paper and prick lightly on all sides with toothpicks.

Heat 3 tbsp. oil in an ovenproof dish, add the spices, then add the yogurt and let it boil together with 4 tbsp. water.

Now add the potatoes, turn them to the other side and cook in the covered pot for 40 minutes. Finally, place in a suitable bowl and sprinkle with a little herb mixture.
