For the Salsicce pizza, prepare the pizza dough according to the basic recipe. Roll out dough balls thinly to desired size and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the edge of the dough between your thumb and forefinger to form a bead.

Finely chop the chili peppers, mix with the tomato sauce and brush the dough balls with it. Briefly scald and skin the tomatoes, if desired. Cut into slices and place on the pizza together with the skinned, sliced salsicce and the peas.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes or thin slices and place on top.

Drizzle the salsicce pizza with a little olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Brush the edge of the dough with olive oil, if desired. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 220 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
