Instructions:

For the paprika bacon sauce, cut the bacon into small, fine cubes.

Then wash the peppers, remove the seeds and also finely dice. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without oil. Remove the bacon cubes from the pan and fry the bell bell pepper cubes briefly in the residue and then pour on so much of the soup that the cubes are just covered. Simmer until the liquid is well reduced.

Then season with salt, garlic, cumin, tomato paste and add sugar to taste. Now puree. When serving, sprinkle the bacon cubes on the sauce.

Serve the paprika-bacon sauce with pasta of your choice.

The paprika and bacon sugo also tastes great on brown bread topped with cheese.
