A wonderful recipe with red wine!
Mix olive oil, lime juice, s+p, rub nopales with it. Grill briefly on the broiler until they change color and grill marks are visible, cool for 5 min, refrigerate for 4 h or overnight. Cut nopales into 1 cm cubes, mix with remaining ingredients and season with s+p. Toast carnitas in frying pan until crisp. Place some leaf lettuce on plate, place carnitas on top.
Bring to table immediately.
