Noodle dishes are always delicious!

Cut the beef with a sharp kitchen knife into small strips and place in a large enough bowl together with the garlic, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil form.

Mix the ingredients and roll the beef in it. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Put the noodles in a pot of boiling hot water and make 3-4 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Put the beef broth in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the beef together with the marinade, corn cobs, leek as well as broccoli. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7-10 min until the beef as well as vegetables are tender and cooked through.

Stir in the noodles and chili seasoning and simmer for another 2-3 min.

Pour the soup into warmed soup bowls and serve hot.

Wish use a few drops of chili sauce instead of chili seasoning.
