Instructions:

For the Mug Crumble, first chop the fruit if necessary. Small cubes are ideal. Berries can remain whole.

Divide the fruit with butter and sweetener among the mugs and mix well. The cups should be filled about halfway. Cover with plastic wrap and prick them a few times. Microwave individually at 800 watts for 1-2 minutes depending on the fruit (apples take longer than berries). If a lot of liquid has formed, strain it if necessary.

In the meantime, knead the ingredients for the crumble until crumbly. Place the crumble on top of the fruit and finish microwaving the Mug Crumble for about 1 1/2 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't have a microwave, you can also prepare the Mug Crumble in the oven using an ovenproof cup. Here, the step with the cling film is omitted. Simply bake the fruit mixture with crumbles for approx. 10-15 minutes at 180 °C.
