For the minced cheese and meat loaf, first peel the potatoes and cut into quarters or wedges, depending on their size. Pre-cook in salted water for 10-15 minutes.

In the meantime, finely dice 200 g St. Albray mild & spicy and place in a large bowl. Add the minced meat. Mix a handful of breadcrumbs, marjoram and oregano into the mince mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shape the loafs and prepare them on a plate.

Season potatoes with (sea) salt and drain. Pluck rosemary needles to taste and sprinkle over potato wedges. Pour olive oil over and mix gently.

Grill the minced cheese and meat loaves and the rosemary potatoes until golden brown and enjoy.

Preparation Tip:
