Instructions:

Cut the turkey breast and fry with oil in a frying pan. Remove the meat from the frying pan and season. Roughly chop the garlic and onion and roast them together with the long grain rice in the frying pan for just under 10 min. Add vinegar, water, tomato ketchup, bay leaf, salt, paprika and stock cube and sauté for a few min until soft. Fold in turkey and do everything together with lid closed for about 35 min. Add Balkan vegetables and crayfish tails and cook for another 10 minutes until the crayfish tails turn pink.
