Rinse, clean and quarter strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar. Peel kiwis and cut into cubes. Drain apricots and cut into quarters. Peel bananas and cut into thin slices. Place fruit in a bowl. Stir orange juice, honey and grappa. Pour marinade over fruit.

Cut mint into strips and fold in. If kids are eating, replace the grappa with more orange juice.
