Fry the bacon and onions, add the diced peppers, after about 5 minutes add the diced liver, also fry. Fill up with clear soup and add spices. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, then remove the pan from the stove and add the crème fraîche. Sprinkle with chives.

Serve with mashed potatoes and green salad.
