Instructions:

Defrost the beans. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into rings.

Pour the beans into a bowl. Add cow’s milk and dried onion. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the temperature on the spot. Cook gently, uncovered, for about 20-25 minutes, until the beans are tender.

Meanwhile, heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted and bubbling. Sauté onion slices in butter until golden brown.

Add the sour cream to the cooked beans. Season with salt to taste and pepper, add new seasoning . Stir onion slices into the beans.

Offer on a heated plate, put on the spot on the table.
