Fry the chops in hot oil. In a separate pan put the chopped onion, the peeled and sliced tomatoes, the cleaned and chopped peppers, the whole olives, the parsley and oil form. Salt and simmer for ten minutes.

Then add to these ingredients the chops with their juice form. Season with a pinch of spices and salt. Serve immediately, while still very hot, and offer with bread, housewife style.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
