For the Kaiserschmarren, beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl for a few minutes until the volume doubles. Then stir in the milk and fold in the flour.
Finish with a pinch of salt. In a large pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and pour in the batter and let it set. When about half of the batter has set, divide the batter into pieces with a spatula and flip.
Fry the rest of the dough until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with Nutella.

Who likes can prepare the Kaiserschmarren with raisins. Chopped nuts also do very well.
