For the juicy apple tart, mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg, add baking powder and flour and knead into a dough.

Press the dough into a mold, about 3/4 high at the edge. Peel the apples. Remove the core and cut into small cubes.

Boil apple juice with vanilla sugar and sugar and stir in the vanilla pudding powder. Bring to the boil and pour hot over the apples.
