Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

1. put all the ingredients in a large enough bowl. (The fat must be soft).

2. quickly knead by hand into a dough, without kneading too much.

3. set the dough in a cool place to firm up.

4. roll out on a floured board. Fold several times and roll out repeatedly. Treat like puff pastry.

5. Roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out 7 x 7 cm squares. Notch the corners of each square.

6. place some plum jam in the center. Wrap every other corner toward the center to form a star.

7. brush with beaten egg.

8. Bake at 250 °C until light brown.

For plum pockets, cut out round cookies, fill and fold over and smooth one half. Brush with egg and bake as above.
