For the herb oil, put the herb leaves in a one-liter bottle and pour the olive oil. Close well and place in a sunny place for at least 2 weeks, shaking gently from time to time.
Transfer through a funnel strainer into one or more bottles,in which a fresh sprig of herbs is placed.
Preparation Tip:
The herb oil is suitable for brushing meat, or for salads. Use herbs according to personal taste.
