For the bacon snails, roll out the frozen dough and spread thinly with tomato paste. In the meantime, preheat the oven to about 190 degrees (hot air).

Now cover the dough with bacon cubes and grated pizza cheese and spread a thin layer of crème fraîche on top. Now salt and pepper and sprinkle the pizza seasoning sparingly over it.

Roll the dough tightly lengthwise and cut rolls about 3 cm thick with a sharp knife. Lay the rolls flat on the baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle a little pizza cheese on top.

Put the baking tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy immediately crispy.
