Hazelnut Cake with Zucchini

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix beaten eggs and sugar together. Add the hazelnuts and oil and stir well. Now fold in the flour mixed with flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Fold in the zucchini flakes. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar or add a lemon glaze if desired.
