Stir oat, spelt and soy flakes into the oat drink, sweeten as desired, bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes until thick.

Peel and chop kiwi, halve and seed grapes if desired. Heat water (do not boil) and pour on the matcha powder, stir in with a bamboo whisk or small whisk until dissolved.

Mix to the flake porridge and leave on the turned off stove to infuse a bit more.

Serve in a bowl, garnish with kiwi, grapes and pistachios.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of pistachios, you can also sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds over the breakfast porridge.
