Sift flour onto the surface of the dough. Add butter in flakes. Rub the flour and butter together by hand until a fine crumb is formed. Form a wreath with it, add the water with the salt dissolved in it and quickly knead from the center to form a dough.
Caution: do not knead, otherwise the dough will be tough!
Cook the dough on the eve of further processing, respectively, rest cooled for at least 2-3 hours.
