Instructions:

First prepare the poppy seed and curd cheese filling for the Golatschen slices.

For the poppy seed filling, bring all ingredients to the boil, allow to cool and stir with 1-2 tablespoons of rum.

For the curd filling, mix all ingredients until a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed.

For the dough, mix all ingredients well in a large bowl with a mixer. Carefully pour half of the dough into a greased and floured baking pan (high tray approx. 35 cm x 25 cm) and smooth it out.

Put the curd filling on the first layer. Then spoon poppy seed filling and powidel on top of the curd filling.

The last layer is the rest of the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven at about 180 ° C for about 50 minutes until lightly golden and then let cool.

Lightly sugar the Goltaschen slices, cut and serve.
