From flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar, salt mix. Heat milk and margarine and knead with yolks to a dough.
Let dough rest for 1/2 hour. Then roll out dough and form croissants. Brush the croissants with egg and bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
Sprinkle with sugar while still hot.

You can also glaze the Germkipferl with chocolate icing.
