Instructions:

Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut them off. Clean and cut off the peppers. Remove the skin from the garlic and cut it off. Remove the peel from the cucumbers and cut them.

Put all vegetables in blender (hand blender) form and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Blend. Last, add juice of one lemon and olive oil. Season to taste and bring to the table when cooled. Coarsely dice the cheese and sprinkle over the soup to serve.
