Instructions:

First, butter and flour a deep baking tray.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Mix the flour with the salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs. Add the melted, lukewarm butter and mix everything together with the dough hook of the food processor to form crumbles.

Put 2/3 of the crumbles on the baking tray and press them down evenly.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat.

Mix curd cheese with sour cream, yogurt, egg, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla pulp and starch until smooth. Spread on the base and smooth down.

Drain the plums and cut them into small pieces. Spread on the curd mixture. Put the plum puree on top in blobs with the help of two spoons and add the remaining crumble on top.

Bake in the oven (second rack from the bottom) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool and serve the crumble cake dusted with powdered sugar.
