Wash the lemon with care with hot water, then grate the peel. Squeeze the lemon. Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pith. Grease the cake pan with light butter and sprinkle with a few tablespoons of semolina flour.

Preheat the oven to 180 to 200 degrees convection.

Knead the dough with flour, 1 egg, room-warm butter, a third of the lemon zest and a little salt. Add a little more flour or 1 more egg as needed. Mix the curd cheese, ricotta and marscarpone, 5 egg yolks, the juice of one lemon and 2/3 of the lemon zest, the vanilla pulp, the semolina flour, the Grand Marnier and 300 g sugar to make the filling. Whip the remaining egg whites to a firm froth and fold into the filling. Roll out about 2/3 of the dough and cover the bottom of the pan with it. Spread a thin layer of orange marmalade on top.

Put another layer of dough on top. Roll out long strips and line the sides of the pan with them. Spread the cheese filling on the dough up to the edge. Bake for about 45 minutes. When the top of the cake is brown, cover with parchment.
