Cuba – Mojo – Garlic Citrus Sauce

This sauce can also be used as a marinade. It tastes very delicious with chicken or possibly pork.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Add garlic and remove from heat. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Put back on the stove and mix in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cool. Use at room temperature. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator.
