Cream Butter Cookie

For the creamed butter cookies, knead flour with vanilla sugar, butter and sour cream.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator overnight.

The next day, preheat oven to 180 °C and line baking sheets with baking paper.

Roll out dough on lightly floured work surface to 2 mm thickness and cut out cookies.

Place cookies on paper and brush with egg yolk.

Place a halved almond on each cookie and place trays on middle rack in oven.

Bake creamed butter cookies for about 10 minutes.

Preparation Tip:
