For the coconut domes, toast coconut oil without fat. Beat the egg whites over steam until stiff, add the powdered sugar and the coconut oil. Pipe this mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper to form domes and bake at 150 degrees until golden brown.

For the cream, cream butter and powdered sugar, stir in yolks, vanilla sugar, grated nuts and the softened chocolate. Using a cookie cutter, cut out slices from the wafer sheets (as large as the domes are) and spread cream (not too thin) and place domes on top. Then dip the domes with chocolate icing.

Serve the coconut domes.
