Instructions:

For the chocolate mango cupcakes, first preheat the oven to 170 °C hot air. Place paper cups in the cups of the muffin tray.

Mix cocoa, chocolate shavings, flour and baking powder.

Melt butter in a saucepan on the kitchen stove, but do not let it get too hot. Add milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and mix. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the batter into the muffin tins no more than 3/4 full.

Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. Test with chopsticks. Remove and let cool completely.

In the meantime, prepare the topping. For this, peel the mango, cut out the core and puree finely. Sweeten the mango puree with sugar to taste. Mix with yogurt and lemon juice.

Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in yogurt mixture and continue beating until mixture can be easily piped. Pour into a piping bag with a round nozzle and refrigerate again before using if necessary.

Pipe onto cooled cupcakes as desired and decorate chocolate mango cupcakes with pink sugar pearls.
