Chocolate Cream with Marinated Peach Slices

For the marinated peach slices, mix the peaches with the elder juice and leave to infuse.

For the chocolate cream, dissolve the chocolate in the hot, sweetened milk and allow to cool. Whip the cream, fold into the chocolate mixture, pour into glasses, top with the marinated peaches and decorate with cookies.

Preparation Tip:
