Chicken breasts with mustard fruits and sauce of purple mustard.

Rinse the chicken breasts, rub them dry, season with salt and pepper and roast them in a frying pan with clarified butter on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the frying pan and cook in a 200 °C oven for 7-8 minutes.

In the meat pan sauté the onion, extinguish with chicken broth, add thyme and cook for 1/3. Add mustard, mix in the cold butter and season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. It should taste sweet/hot.

Shape the mustard fruit into the sauce and bring to the table with the chicken breasts.

Serve with mashed potatoes or baguette.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
