Instructions:

Roll out puff pastry to the thickness of the back of a knife and brush thinly with egg. Mix the cheese, season and spread half of it on half of the dough surface. Fold the 2nd half of the dough over it and press down lightly with the pastry roller. Brush the dough surface with the remaining egg and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cut into strips about 2 cm wide, twist into a spiral shape and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
